Note: This is a limited list of providers. Please call 509-962-1553 to see if we accept your insurance plan. We also offer a cash pay rate if you do not have insurance coverage.
Payment Options
You can make payments by cash, check or credit card at the time of service. As a service to you, we will make sure to authorize visits and bill your insurance company directly.
